What Guarantees Computer Wizard Give?

We guarantee our workmanship meaning that if an issue turns out not being fully fixed when the technician leaves, or you pick up the machine we correct it at no charge to you – providing we are notified within 2 weeks of the service call.
Our purpose is to give superior service and maintain excellent relations with our customers.
Note: Beyond the 2 week time period there are too many changes can be introduced to a computer or network to determine whether it was our mistake, or the changes introduced in the meantime are the cause for the problem. After 2 weeks such repairs will be handled as new service calls. This also applies if the issue we fixed is obviously recreated by the user. For example: If a software installed on the computer is found to be causing the problem and our technician removed that software and restored the normal operation of the computer thereby, and the customer afterwards reinstalls the same faulty software and it requires us again to fix this then we will charge for the time as usual.
Note 2: Virus Reinfections: In a case where we clean up a computer from viruses we do our best to remove all traces of that infection, and we run the computer through several tests to make sure that the infections are gone. However, we cannot give any guarantees that the computer will not get reinfected. We give out a lot of information on how to increase the security of computers but we can not proof a computer up against virus infections – it’s simply not possible – just like a doctor can’t give guarantees to his patients that they won’t get sick. The only time we would consider a virus infection case a warranty call if the exact same manifestations showed up within 24 hours of the computer being fixed.
