In-Shop Service

In-shop service is a cost effective way to get your computer fixed. You can save 30% by bringing your computer in and getting it fixed at our shop.

It is not an instant service but one where you can drop your computer off and pick it up next day. We fix the computers, in most cases, within 24 hours and if it’s not possible – usually because of parts that need to be ordered – then we will notify you about this.

You can bring in and pick up your computer during normal business hours which you can see on the right side of this page.

The shop provides the same kind of services as we do on-site, with the exceptions of those that cannot be done off-site, such as networking. And to reiterate: we do not fix laptop hardware problems, except for the replacement of hard drive, RAM, or keyboard. Any other cases we refer to places specialized in laptop repairs.
