Prices

Our pricing is based on the urgency level required to complete the job. If you need something urgently that will cost more, but on the other hand if you give us enough time and advance notice then you can save money.

With this change we are going to organize jobs into 3 categories based on their urgency:

Urgent: jobs that need to be done within 24 hours
Normal: jobs that are requested to be done in about a 24-48 hours time frame
No Rush: jobs that can take longer than 48 hours (scheduled more than 2 days in advance)

* Due to travel time and expenses we don’t offer discounts on on-site repairs.

Weekends and holidays:

When calculating the time frame we exclude Sundays and holidays. For example, if you bring a machine in on Saturday and want to get it back by Monday then it’s still an emergency job because it is requested to be done on the next business day.

Delays:

If delay is encountered because of a part needs to be ordered or if we can’t schedule in the job within the requested time frame, then the job will get re-classified accordingly.

Time Increments:

Various type of jobs are calculated with different time increments.
On-site: Half an hour. Every 30 minutes.
In-shop: Half an hour.
Remote: 5 minutes.

Trip Charges:

$5, for Indianapolis Downtown jobs
$5, for normal and no-rush jobs, if the job takes less than 30 minutes.
$20 for jobs outside of our normal service area.

Parts:

If replacement parts are needed to fix a problem we get that for you from local or online retailers for no extra charge. In case of a hard-to-find item we charge for the time spent on locating and ordering the item at the $60/hr rate. However we will advise you about this prior to engaging in the search.

Diagnostic:

Diagnostic is a half an hour service charge. We count that toward the repair if you decide to have us repair your computer. For example, if you bring in a computer for diagnostic and we found that it’d require 1.5 hours of labor to get it done, and you approve that then we will bill only the 1.5 hours of repair, but if you decide that it’s not worth it then we bill the diagnostic fee of $30 (in-shop).

Quotes:

We are happy to give estimated quotes for services. If you contact us via the website (preferable) or by phone and give details on the problem that you have then we can give you an estimate. The actual charges might be more or might be less than the quote because it’s simply not always possible to predict how long solving a problem takes. However, we are usually very accurate on our quotes.
