We consider the quality of work to be our top priority. To achieve this we rely on feedbacks from our customers to see what are the positive actions that we need to keep and what are the points where we need to improve on. Also we’d like to have reports on us at places that people check out when they are looking for a computer repair place. The most visited one is, undoubtedly, Google. More specifically Google Maps where we have a verified listing. Submitting a review here is not self-evident so we have a little step-by-step instruction here to help with that.

Click on the red button that says Write a review.
Very unfortunately, the business review feature is now moved over to Google+ (which is Google’s attempt on social networking). So you would be asked to create a Google+ profile if you don’t have one. The absolute minimal information needed is your email address, name and birthday, the rest you can skip.
Write and submit your review.

We also have now a Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/computerwizardindy where you can show your support by “liking” us. Also the page allows you to post a recommendation. Because more and more people are using Facebook the feedbacks there are also very helpful.

You can also submit a review on Angie’s list. Although that is a closed, members only site. But if you are a member then you can submit your review there. We have received multiple Super Service awards and your reviews count on that.
