  • When you call we will schedule you in for that day, or the next day – not a week or two later. When you bring your computer to our shop we will strive to fix it within 24-48 hours (exceptions: if parts need to be ordered and/or an unusually large in-shop backlog. ).
  • Every technician is fully responsible for his work
  • Any concerns regarding our work is immediately taken up and handled, there’s no 800 number to call and talk to somebody in a corporate headquarters who cares little about your problem. You will reach us directly and we do care!
  • We charge fairly and reasonably for the work done. We assure you that we keep up this practice.
  • Our number one priority is quality of service. That encompasses getting the job done in the minimal amount of time while ensuring that all issues are fully handled.
  • If you have multiple problems or multiple computers to take care of, we will handle all issues during the visit. We don’t say that we handle only those things that you originally mentioned. If something comes up, if you wish, we’ll handle it. Also if you have multiple computers we multitask as much as possible to reduce the time necessary to resolve the problems.
  • We will give you recommendations and tips that will save money and frustration for you. These are all based on our first hand experience with the products. No technician will ever act as commissioned salesmen. Things that we recommend, we do so because they work well according to our best knowledge and practice – no other reason.
